University Buses
Procedures for Requesting Use of University Buses
- Buses are scheduled for use by submitting a Transportation Request Form and Encumbrance Form to the Motor Pool.
- Forms can be submitted by fax to ext. 5630, by mail to P.O. Box 9208, or hand delivery to Room 95D at the Physical Plant Building.
- To check on the availability of buses, please call Jorel Coleman at 524-5705, but please note that the bus will not be reserved until the Transportation Request Form is received by the Motor Pool.
- A list of passengers is required to accompany the Transportation Request Form.

| Whole Day | 4 hours to 8 hours | 750.00 plus 3.50 per mile |
| Extended Day | 8 hours to 24 hours and less than 200 miles | 750.00 plus 3.50 per mile and 30.00 per hour for each hour over 8 hours |
Van Rental Rates |

| 15-passenger van | 100.00 per day, with additional charges for gas if the tank is not full upon return. | |
