Clementine S. Cone, M.A., CPA


Biography


Clementine S. Cone is a native of Virginia Beach, VA and is married to Charles Cone, Sr. They are the parents of four children. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hampton University (Institute) and a Master of Arts from Regent University. Clementine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  She retired from Virginia State University as Vice President of Administration and Finance in December 2008. She is a self-employed tax preparer, consultant and notary public, and serves as a volunteer for the AARP Tax-Aide program.


She is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants; Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.- Epsilon Theta Zeta Chapter; and St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church (Deaconess, Finance Ministry).  Clementine enjoys traveling, singing, and sports as hobbies.
