Bylaws

The Board of Visitors is composed of fifteen members, appointed by the Governor and subject to confirmation by the General Assembly.

As public trustees the members of the Board have the overall responsibility and authority, subject to constitutional and statutory limitations, for the continuing operation and development of the institution.
