Office of the Bursar

The Office of the Bursar is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all student billing and financial records.

The Office issues timely and accurate student account statements, processes and posts student payments, and manages book vouchers, parking fines, OneCard transactions, and housing damage assessments. In addition, the Bursar’s Office administers the collection of delinquent student accounts and Perkins Loans, processes student refunds, and ensures the prompt deposit and reconciliation of departmental funds.

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to students and their families while supporting their efforts to meet their educational financial obligations.
