These students are known as SI: PASS Leaders, who completed the course and have shown the traits of excellent peer mentors. To assist fellow students with challenging courses. The SI: PASS leader will identify the challenging concepts, create a study plan, and give tools to overcome the challenges. The SI concept has gained popularity in numerous universities and various courses due to its demonstrated outcome of success. The purpose of supplemental education is to aid students in mastering course material while cultivating the ability to think critically, learn practically, develop personally, and learn new study methods.
