National Student Exchange

Virginia State University participates in the National Student Exchange (NSE) program. This program allows students to ‘study away’ at another participating university in the United States, or a handful of options in Canada. VSU participates in the ‘Home Pay’ option. This means VSU students pay Tuition & Fees at Virginia State University and then Room & Board at your host institution. Students attending VSU as part of the NSE experience would pay their Tuition & Fees at their home university, while paying Room & Board at VSU.
