Research Interests

  • My research interests are in the area of: Stress, Health and Performance. I am focused primarily on first responders and I am a forensically trained psychologist. I am currently looking at Sleep Hygiene and its effects on mood, memory and performance. I am interested in how personality plays a roll in attenuating or modifying responses to stress and consequential behavioral response choices.
