Online/ Digital Learning Initiative

Partnerships for Education Advancement is helping VSU improve its online/digital learning footprint. The mission is to position VSU for success with an all new online learning platform, a dedicated CRM tool to assist with student success and retention, The VSU Mobile App, and to improve the online student handbook. These efforts are being led by our Vice Provost for Digital Learning and Extended Studies, Dr. Tracy Barley.

Uplifting the universities Marketing and Communications department

Dr. Gwen Williams-Dandridge, The Vice President for Communication at VSU is spearheading this initiative. The goal is simple, to increase the online footprint of Virginia State University. From Google, searches, to online ads, our goal is for Virginia State to be number one higher education destination.

"The transformation project will provide an immeasurable benefit to the VSU Office of Communications. The new position of Content Creator will help to propel the university forward as we continue to extend our reach and message to new students, potential donors, and community supporters. Our University mantra is Greater Happens Here. The transformation project has helped us to ensure continued Greater at VSU." - Dr. Gwen Williams-Dandridge
