Judicial Affairs

The purpose of the Office of Judicial Affairs is to promote appropriate student behavior
and to enforce the rules and regulations outlined in the Virginia State University Student Code of Conduct. The office is also responsible for ensuring that students are treated fairly and that the appropriate judicial process is followed when rules and regulations are reported to have been broken.

Students are expected to comply with not only the Code of Conduct, but also all laws of Chesterfield County, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S.
