Rajdeep Kaur
Dr. Rajdeep Kaur is an Assistant Professor of Management at Virginia State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University, an M.B.A. from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Kaur’s research focuses on strategic and executive leadership, strategic decision-making, stakeholder dynamics, and organizational outcomes. Drawing on both her academic training and prior industry experience across engineering and strategy, her work examines how leadership communication and executive behavior shape organizational success and stakeholder evaluations.
In the classroom, Dr. Kaur brings extensive teaching experience from Auburn University, where she instructed courses in Principles of Management and Strategic Management. At VSU, she teaches Organizational Behavior as well as Management Theory and Leadership, dedicated to bridging core theoretical foundations with practical insights to prepare students for real-world leadership challenges.
