Board of Visitors Meetings Full Board Meeting Friday, March 20, 2026
The Virginia State University (VSU) Board of Visitors will meet on Friday, March 20, 2026, in the Gateway Dining & Events Center at 2804 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., on the Campus of Virginia State University.
- 1:00 m. – Full Board Meeting
The Full Board will meet at 1:00 p.m. to vote on the proposed tuition and mandatory fee increase. VSU is planning a 0-5% increase to its undergraduate and graduate in-state and out-of-state tuition, fees, and room and board rates for 2025-2026. The Board held a public comment period on the proposed increase during its Facilities & Finance Committee meeting on Friday, February 5th. However, written comments will be accepted until March 11, 2026 (7 business days before the March 20 meeting). Written comments can be submitted in the following ways:

There will not be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting. Viewers will then select the event titled, “March 20, 2025, Board of Visitors Full Board Meeting.” If viewers experience a technical interruption, they may contact the VSU Helpdesk at (804) 524-5210.
