Board of Visitors Meeting December 13, 2025

The Virginia State University (VSU) Board of Visitors will convene for a Special-Called Full Board Meeting at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025. This meeting will be conducted at the Multi-Purpose Center, 2^nd Floor, Room 2222.

The Full Board meeting will be held in open and closed sessions; the open sessions will be streamed live for public viewing and can be accessed at https://vimeo.com/event/5565697.  Members of the public may also attend the open sessions of the meeting. Limited seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at the meeting.

To access the live stream, 1) Scroll to the bottom of the VSU website homepage (www.vsu.edu) and select VSU Live Events. Viewers will then select the event titled, “December 13, 2025, Board of Visitors Full Board Meeting.” If viewers experience a technical interruption, they may contact the VSU Helpdesk at (804) 524-5210. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, VSU will provide Closed captioning during the live stream (IT Accessibility Laws and Policies | Section508.gov).
