Board of Visitors Meeting Notice for June 17, 2022

The Board of Visitors will hold committee meetings on Friday, June 17, 2022, in Room 310 Virginia Hall located at One Hayden Drive on the campus of Virginia State University. There will not be an opportunity for public comment at these meetings.

Meeting Schedule

• 9:00 am – 9:30 am Audit and Compliance Committee
• 10:00 am – 10:30 am Personnel, Compensation & Governance Committee
• 10:45 am – 11:15 am Executive Committee

The meetings will be held in open and closed sessions. All start and ending times for board meetings are approximate. Meetings may begin after the listed approximate start time as members are ready to proceed. The Board reserves the right to change its schedule as necessary.

Due to continuing public health and safety concerns related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the University requests all persons to wear masks to enter the meeting space.
