Yes, the Student Help desk will be available in the basement of Johnston Memorial Library.

Students can assess VSU 1-Stop Service by phone at 877-889-7792. Students can also submit a help desk ticket in Service Now. Student Help Desk URL https://vsusnprod.service-now.com/sp

You will use your Active Directory credentials. Your VSU AD Account is the same username and password used to log into your campus email and your computers.

You will have to provide your first and last name, along with your V#.
