Checking Account Balances

The VSU eAccounts system allows you to view all your TrojanCard account balances (Trojan Dollars, Flex Dollars, and Book Voucher Dollars) from one screen. To view your account balances, follow the steps below:

  • Using a Web Browser
  • Go to http://www.vsu.edu/go/trojancard from a web browser.
  • Enter your VSU network ID and password to access your account.
  • All of your account balances will be displayed in the main screen.
  • Login with your VSU network ID and password.
  • Touch the Accounts button.
  • All of your account balances will be displayed.
  • Using the eAccounts Mobile Application

Viewing Account Statements

The VSU eAccounts system allows you to access 12 months of statements on your account. To download and print account statements for your account(s) follow the steps below:

  • Login to the eAccounts system with your VSU ID and password.
  • Click the Account Statements link.
  • Choose the account that you would like to view from the drop down list.
  • To view a statement in your browser, click the statement link under the Description column.
  • To download a statement as a PDF file, click the statement link under the Download PDF column.

Viewing Recent Transactions

The VSU eAccounts system allows you to view a list of transactions and filter them based on criteria that you specify. This tool is useful to view specific types of transactions or a list of transactions that have been made since the last statement.

The system allows you to filter the list of transactions based on:

  • Transaction Type
  • Account (Trojan Dollars, Flex Dollars, Book Voucher Dollars)
  • Transaction Date and Time
  • Amount
  • Location

To use this feature, simply follow the steps below to get started:

  • Login to the eAccounts system with your VSU ID and password.
  • Click the Account Transactions link.
  • Click the Account drop down list and choose the account that you want to view.
  • In the Transaction Period fields, enter the start and end dates to narrow down the transactions that are displayed.
  • Click Search
