Mission Statement
The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) mission is to facilitate and optimize all facets of Procurement, including acquiring goods and services, Contract Administration, Contract Management, Travel Services, and Small Purchase Charge Card Utilization to support Virginia State University’s (VSU) faculty, staff, and students. We are committed to upholding the highest integrity, fairness, and sustainability standards in all procurement processes. Through collaborative partnerships, responsible stewardship of resources, and commitment to sustainability, we enable the University to advance its mission of academic success and continue the legacy of Greater Happening here.

Visitor Policy
The Procurement Office encourages and welcomes vendors to supply their lists of goods/services they provide or manufacture. Vendors are welcome to visit. To schedule a visit with Procurement office staff vendors is to contact the Procurement office at 804-524-6994 or procurement@vsu.edu.
Bidders List
The Procurement office does not maintain a formal bidders list. All formal solicitations (IFB, RFP) are advertised on the Commonwealth of Virginia's Procurement System (eVA). Please visit the eVA website at www.eva.virginia.gov for more information.
