Mission | Industrial Education and Technology has a rich tradition dating back to the early 1900's. The mission is to promote and deliver quality, competitive, and challenging academic programs in industrial technology, technology education, and vocational-industrial education. Programs are designed to meet the needs of its students to the extent that they will become productive citizens in a challenging and ever changing society. Also, in-service training, technical update, and advanced courses, seminars, and graduate study are offered. We welcome and extend our resources to all who strive for academic excellence. GENERAL OBJECTIVES -
To provide fundamental theories and practical experience for students pursuing careers as technologists in drafting/design and electronic technology. -
To prepare students to become teachers of vocational-industrial education subjects in high schools, vocational-technical centers, and government establishments. -
To prepare students with experiences to make them knowledgeable of recent developments in the industrial and technological fields. -
To prepare students who desire to pursue advance study with strong academic backgrounds to enhance their opportunities for success in graduate education. -
To meet the general educational course requirements for the Bachelor of Science Degree. |
