Organizational Development & Training Calendar of Classes

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to offer the following training and development opportunities. These courses/workshops were created to address the strategic goals of the University and improve organizational performance. The schedule reflects the current opportunities and is updated as sessions are added or as changes are made.
It is our desire that these courses will be viewed by both employees and management as a valuable resource that will support performance plans of individuals, will equip staff with competencies that are critical to success in a changing environment, and will facilitate the achievement of the university’s goals. Employees are encouraged to communicate training needs and goals to management in an effort to maximize performance.
The Office of Human Resources is able to assess the needs of your department and customize a workshop for you upon request. Additionally, collaboration is a major part of our business. We will meet with you to conduct performance improvement opportunities for your department to maximize employees’ potential, and help you develop targeted results to achieve strategic business goals and objectives. Please feel free to visit our office and discuss how we may be of assistance.
