VSU Student-Athletes Participate in Breast Cancer Walk

Virginia State University student-athletes from all sports participated in the 2009 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, held on Sunday, October 18, in downtown Richmond, Va.

Over 50 student-athletes took part in the walk, held to raise awareness of the fight against breast cancer.

The VSU SAAC spear-headed the organization of getting the student-athletes to and from the walk, and also making the student-athletes aware of the event.
