This award-winning San Francisco-based, syndicated show, hosted by Dr. Joe Marshall is aimed at stopping street violence, and helping young people make better life decisions. Listeners from around the country are invited to call Street Soldiers to share in the discussion.
CRIMESOLVERS RADIO PROFILES...Tuesdays, Noon
Area CrimeSolvers detectives use this extended opportunity (30 minutes) to profile various crimes and criminals, encouraging area residents to help solve crimes and capture fugitives from justice. Listeners are also advised as to how they can best avoid being a victim of crime.
TROJAN SPORTS REVIEW...Wednesdays, 7-8 PM
This program takes a look at all aspects of Virginia State University athletics, highlighting sports that are in season. Hosted by WVST's own Sean Robertson, the show also highlights local, as well as national sports.

This show features faculty from the state's public colleges and universities discussing research and issues of the day. Topics range from politics, history and religion, to relationships and issues facing children.
