Self Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM) UtilityVSU Launches Self Service Reset Password Management UtilityAll faculty, staff and students at VSU have the ability to manage their Active Directory passwords right from any PC. It's as simple as 1-2-3! Each user will enroll himself / herself into the program and then be able to reset a forgotten password from any PC anywhere with Internet access. In this way, users will have the option to help themselves with password issues. If needed, you will still be able to contact our Centralized Help Desk for support either with the self service utility or to have your password reset.
