ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, Tenure-Track

Duties and Responsibilities: Highly effective teaching of a full academic load, participate in scholarly endeavors (including research and publication and active participation in professional organizations); serve as academic advisor; and participate on departmental, school and university committees. 

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Candidates need to have a strong commitment to undergraduate education along with a demonstrated ability to pursue scholarly activities. Ability to teach courses in Computer Engineering is required. Specialization in RFID or Biometrics is desired. The following will be given additional consideration and are desirable: experience with sponsored research and teaching experience at the college/university level. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English are required.
