Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include teaching introductory general biology lecture and laboratory courses for majors and non-majors. Applicant should have the potential to or demonstrated ability to establish an externally funded research program in their area of expertise that involves undergraduate and graduate students and a record of scholarly publications. Research and expertise involving population genetics is preferred.

 

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Biology, Population Genetics, or a related discipline; a strong background in evolution and experience using molecular techniques is required; demonstrates a record of outstanding teaching performance in higher education.
