Tonnie Villines
COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
 Tonnie is a native of South Boston, Virginia. He has been a member of the Virginia Bar for over 20 years. Tonnie practiced law with the Virginia Legal Aid Society and the historic firm of Hill, Tucker and Marsh. He is a former vice president of the Richmond Old Dominion Bar Association.
Tonnie taught classes at three colleges including Virginia State University. Tonnie has held fund raising positions with VSU and the Urban League of Greater Richmond. He resides in the City of Richmond.
