Students:  Please first watch this short video, "Technology Information for Students".  It explains the use of BlackBoard (BB), email accounts, Banner, and setting up your Active Directory (AD)!  
Please Note:  Before you can access BB, you must establish your Active Directory username and password.  If you are an off-campus student, you must call the helpdesk at 1-800-630-8917 for assistance to set your AD.  Tell the helpdesk that you are an off-campus student, and that you need to have your AD password reset.  The helpdesk will then give you your new PW.  (The helpdesk will only be able to do this if you are enrolled and validated.)  Also, please be aware that the faculty will only be using your assigned VSU email address, so you MUST start using and checking your VSU email address.
