At UCC, we have self-help resources where you can educate yourself at your own pace.  You can utilize the link to the virtual library which covers topics such as anger management, assertiveness, communication skills, managing conflict, diversity, eating issues, relationships, health, dealing with loss, self-esteem, mental health issues, sexual assault, sexuality, stress management, substance abuse, and women’s/men’s issues. UCC also offers a link to a free online mental health screening.
