Hours for onsite OIT staff:

Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
Sat: Closed
Sun: Closed

The Centralized Help Desk provides 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week support!

Although on-site OIT staff are normally here only during standard VSU business hours, the Centralized Help Desk (1-800-630-8917) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year! The technicians at the CHD are trained to help solve most of your problems right over the phone, saving you time and frustration.

If the CHD technician cannot help you with your problem, they will create a Help Desk work ticket, so that the appropriate OIT technician can contact you (Typically the next business day, if your call to the CHD was made after hours).
