The Office of University Technology (OUT) seeks to provide superior technology service and creative and proactive advice to the greater Virginia State University community. With knowledge of the most innovative technology available, OUT will address the needs of the VSU community and empower our clients through the delivery of a well-managed, customer oriented office that values a solid infrastructure. We will emphasize dependable, honest and timely execution of tasks in an environment that is flexible and based on integrity to ensure the University's success in utilizing technological advancements to achieve its mission.
