Specialty Classes
Specialty Fitness Classes fulfill your cardiovascular and flexibility strength requirements in a special atmosphere by exploring exciting fitness possibilities. Get in-depth experience in a specific type of class. These classes typically meet twice a week for 5 weeks; there are two sessions of class per semester. Registration required in the Fitness/Wellness Center.
