The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. When visiting the Post Office, students need to show their ID.

Incoming mail is picked up from the Post Office at 8:30 a.m. and is generally available for pick up by 11 a.m. except for Mondays. Mail for Seward Hall, Langston Hall and the Student Village is delivered by 1 p.m.

For special events, end of semester and holidays, we recommend using a service (Express Mail, Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx) that provides tracking information.
