President Eddie N. Moore, Jr. presented the senior plagues to Andra Colbert, Jovonda Pettis, and Myesha Ingram before the match began. Crystal Hickman put the Lady Trojans on her shoulders as she totaled 13 kills on 32 total attacks, 15 digs, and 2 service aces. Jeanene Lewis controlled the pace for VSU with 38 set assists and 4 digs. Lydia Harsley had a strong outing with 10 kills on 32 total attacks, 7 service aces, and 6 digs. Seniors Andra Colbert, Jovonda Pettis, and Myesha Ingram combined for 12 kills on 43 total attacks, 23 digs, and 11 blocks. Monique Mason gave VSU 10 kills, 2 service aces, 9 digs, and 2 blocks.
