VSU awarded $50,000 from Verizon for Technology Support

Virginia State University was awarded $50,000 from Verizon to provide technology support. The grant will assist in funding laptops and wireless access for students to continue their academic semester. Verizon continues to be a generous partner of Virginia State University.
"We appreciate the support provided to assist in bridging the technology divide that some of our students are experiencing,” shared Charmica E. Harris, Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Director of Alumni Relations.
