Board of Visitors Meetings, September 18, 2020

On Friday, September 18th, at 9:30 a.m., the Board will hold the Facilities, Finance and Audit Committee meeting in the Gateway Dining and Event Center, second floor. Please note, there will not be an opportunity for public comment.
At 12:30 p.m., the Full Board will convene in the same location at the Gateway Dining and Event Center. Please note, there will not be an opportunity for public comment.
Due to public health and safety concerns, the University will adhere to the social distancing guidelines established in the Governor’s Executive Order 63. Based on these guidelines, the University has determined a maximum occupancy for the meeting space, and seating will be limited. The University requires all persons to wear masks to enter campus buildings and the meeting space and to abide by the posted signs in using elevators, restrooms, stairs, etc.
Attendees will also be requested to certify that they:
- Do not have any of the symptoms of COVID-19: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms).
- To the best of their knowledge they have not been exposed during the past 14 days to someone with COVID-19;
- Have neither tested positive for COVID-19 nor are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test; and
- Agree to wear a mask at all times and to the extent possible to maintain a 6’ distance between themselves and anyone else.
