Vendors

Thank you for your interest in vending with us during Homecoming!

On Saturday, October 25, we take on the Lions of Lincoln University at our Homecoming Football Game. As one of the scheduled events, we will host our Annual Vendors’ Bazaar starting on Friday, October 24, from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  The Vendor fees vary depending upon the days you wish to participate.

  • The location for Vending will be on the band’s practice field, located next to Daniel’s Gymnasium.
  • Due to increased security awareness procedures, vendors will be required to strictly adhere to all rules and regulations.  Vendors will be allowed to select spaces of their choice, on a first-come, first-served basis, in the authorized vending location.  Any vendor who does not comply with this rule will be asked to move to the appropriate vending location.
  • The set-up time for vending is 9:00-11:45a on 10/24 and 6:00-9:45a on 10/25. Vendors will be allowed to set up during these hours only

Food vendors:

  • Must submit a Temporary Food Event Permit and $40 fee to the Colonial Heights Environmental Health Office by 5:00 p.m. Monday, October 20.  No vendor applications/fees will be accepted after this date.
