Lady Trojans Go 0-4 AT Anderson INVITATIONAL

Virginia State University’s Lady Trojan volleyball team opened their 2010 season on the road competing against Lincoln Memorial University, Mount Olive College, Newberry College, and Anderson University in the Anderson University Invitational in Anderson, SC. The Lady Trojans finished 0-4 at the Invitational.

Virginia State University's football team opened the 2010 season at home inside Rogers Stadium with a 30-6 win over Livingstone College. Sophomore quarterback Jarred Battle led the Trojans' scoring with 3 touchdowns; 2 rushing and 1 passing.
