Evening classes (starting at 5:00 P.M. Or later) will have their final examinations during a regular class day of the final examination week, including Monday (Reading Day). The examination period for these classes will be from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
SATURDAY CLASSES will have examinations on the Saturday of final examination week beginning at the regular class time and will last for two hours. If your class meets on a day or time not addressed by the above schedule, please see your instructor for specific days and times.
Faculty should enter all final grades in BANNER by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
Incomplete “I” or “E” grades for the term ending 12 months prior to the present term must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2013. Any “I” or “E” grade not removed by this date/time will be converted to a grade of “F”.
NOTE: GRADUATING SENIOR GRADES ARE DUE IN THE SYSTEM BY 9:00 A.M. ON MONDAY, MAY 6, 2013.
